Die Ascaro Vorsorgestiftung entwickelt ihre Führungsstruktur weiter. Der Stiftungsrat hat an seiner Sitzung vom 10. September 2026 beschlossen, die Geschäftsleitung per 1. Januar 2027 zu erweitern und die Verantwortlichkeiten neu zu ordnen.

Die Geschäftsführung bleibt unverändert bei Willy Guntern. Als ausgewiesener Geschäftsführer steht er für Kontinuität und führt die Stiftung mit seiner langjährigen Erfahrung und einem umfassenden Verständnis für alle Stiftungsbelange. Gleichzeitig übernehmen mit Joël Lötscher und Amse Tobias Külhan zwei erfahrene Mitarbeiter zusätzliche Verantwortung.

Joël Lötscher wird per 1. Januar 2027 Leiter Kapitalanlagen und neu Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung. Der CFA-Charterholder und Betriebsökonom ist seit vier Jahren im Bereich Kapitalanlagen unserer Stiftung tätig. In seiner neuen Funktion übernimmt er die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Anlagestrategie und damit eine zentrale Aufgabe für die langfristige Entwicklung der Stiftung.

Auch Amse Tobias Külhan erweitert sein Verantwortungsgebiet. Der eidgenössisch diplomierte Pensionskassenleiter ist als Leiter Vorsorge bereits heute Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung und wird neu zusätzlich zum stellvertretenden Geschäftsführer ernannt. Er übernimmt diese Funktion von Marlene Zingg, die sie in den vergangenen Jahren pflichtbewusst und mit grossem Engagement ausgeübt hat. Wir danken ihr an dieser Stelle ausdrücklich dafür. Als Leiterin Immobilien bleibt sie Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung und wird ihre Fachkompetenz weiterhin für dieses sehr wichtige Anlagesegment einsetzen.  

Die Anpassung der Führungsstruktur ist eine konsequente Weiterentwicklung unserer Stiftung, welche in den vergangenen Jahren kontinuierlich gewachsen ist. Es sind damit sukzessive auch die Anforderungen an Organisation, Führung und Zusammenarbeit gestiegen. Die breiter abgestützte Geschäftsleitung schafft zusätzliche Kapazitäten, klare Verantwortlichkeiten und neue Entwicklungsperspektiven innerhalb unserer Organisation.

Mit der neuen Struktur verbindet unsere Stiftung bewährte Erfahrung mit neuen Impulsen. Gleichzeitig setzt sie bewusst auf die Entwicklung der eigenen Mitarbeitenden und schafft Perspektiven für die nächste Generation von Führungskräften. So wird wertvolles Know-how innerhalb der Stiftung langfristig gesichert und die organisatorische Basis für eine erfolgreiche, wettbewerbsstarke Weiterentwicklung gestärkt.

La Fondation de prévoyance Ascaro poursuit le développement de sa structure de direction. Lors de sa réunion du 10 septembre 2026, le conseil de fondation a décidé d'élargir la direction à compter du 1er janvier 2027 et de redéfinir les responsabilités.

Le directeur reste inchangé, avec Willy Guntern à sa tête. En tant que directeur général chevronné, il incarne la continuité et dirige la fondation en s'appuyant sur sa longue expérience et sa connaissance approfondie de toutes les questions relatives à la fondation. Parallèlement, deux collaborateurs expérimentés, Joël Lötscher et Amse Tobias Külhan, se voient confier des responsabilités supplémentaires.

Joël Lötscher prendra ses fonctions de responsable des placements et deviendra membre de la direction à compter du 1er janvier 2027. Titulaire du CFA et économiste d’entreprise, il travaille depuis quatre ans au sein du service des placements de notre fondation. Dans le cadre de ses nouvelles fonctions, il est chargé de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d'investissement, ce qui constitue une mission essentielle pour le développement à long terme de la fondation.

Amse Tobias Külhan voit lui aussi ses responsabilités s'étendre. Titulaire d'un diplôme fédéral, Amse Tobias Külhan fait déjà partie de la direction en tant que responsable de la prévoyance et sera désormais également nommé directeur général adjoint. Il succède à Marlene Zingg, qui a exercé cette fonction ces dernières années avec sérieux et un grand dévouement. Nous tenons ici à l'en remercier tout particulièrement. En tant que responsable de l'immobilier, elle reste membre de la direction et continuera à mettre son expertise au service de ce segment d'investissement très important. 

L'adaptation de la structure de direction s'inscrit dans la continuité du développement de notre fondation, qui n'a cessé de croître ces dernières années. Les exigences en matière d'organisation, de gestion et de collaboration se sont ainsi progressivement accrues. Une direction aux effectifs élargis permet de dégager des capacités supplémentaires, de définir clairement les responsabilités et d'ouvrir de nouvelles perspectives de développement au sein de notre organisation.

Grâce à cette nouvelle structure, notre fondation allie une expérience éprouvée à de nouvelles dynamiques. Parallèlement, elle mise délibérément sur le développement de ses propres collaborateurs et ouvre des perspectives à la prochaine génération de cadres. Cela permet de préserver à long terme un savoir-faire précieux au sein de la fondation et de renforcer les bases organisationnelles nécessaires à un développement fructueux et compétitif.

The Ascaro Pension Fund is further developing its management structure. At its meeting on 10 September 2026, the Board of Trustees resolved to expand the Executive Board with effect from 1 January 2027 and to reorganise its areas of responsibility.

Willy Guntern will continue to serve as managing director. As a proven managing director, he embodies continuity and leads the foundation, drawing on his many years of experience and a comprehensive understanding of all matters relating to the foundation. At the same time, two experienced staff members – Joël Lötscher and Amse Tobias Külhan – are taking on additional responsibilities.

Joël Lötscher will become Head of Investments and a new member of the Executive Board with effect from 1 January 2027. The CFA charterholder and business economist has been working in our foundation’s investment department for four years. In his new role, he will be responsible for implementing the investment strategy and will thus play a key role in the foundation’s long-term development.

Amse Tobias Külhan is also expanding his area of responsibility. The pension fund manager, who holds a Swiss federal diploma, is already a member of the Executive Board in his capacity as Head of Pension Provision and will now also be appointed Deputy Managing Director. He takes over this role from Marlene Zingg, who has carried it out conscientiously and with great dedication over the past few years. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to her. As Head of Real Estate, she remains a member of the Executive Board and will continue to apply her expertise to this very important investment segment. 

The reorganisation of the management structure is a logical next step in the development of our foundation, which has grown steadily over recent years. Consequently, the demands placed on organisation, leadership and collaboration have also gradually increased. The broader-based management team creates additional capacity, clear lines of responsibility and new opportunities for development within our organisation.

With this new structure, our foundation combines proven experience with fresh ideas. At the same time, it is committed to developing its own staff and creating opportunities for the next generation of managers. This ensures that valuable expertise is retained within the foundation in the long term and strengthens the organisational foundation for successful, competitive future development.
